KA WA KEY will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. During sale period, processing of orders and customer support may take longer time than normal. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Risk and ownership
The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
